摘  要:目的:观察中草药桔梗提取液的体外杀精子效果。方法:中草药桔梗恒温金属浴0.9%生理盐水中提取有效成分;桔梗提取液pH值测定,Sander-Crarner实验作为体外杀精子实验评价标准。川楝子和五味子提取液作为对照。结果:桔梗提取液对小鼠精子和人精子的体外杀灭最快,0.5min内精子全部制动死亡,平均时间为0.12min和0.31min。桔梗提取液的pH值接近中性(6.92),调整pH值后其体外杀精子效果无变化。川楝子和五味子提取液的pH值为酸性(3~4.5),在调整pH值后则基本失去体外杀精子效果。结论:中草药桔梗提取液可作为瞬间杀灭精子的中草药制剂。Objective: To observe the spermicidal effect of the extracted fluid of Platycodon Grandiflormn (PG) of Chinese herbal medicine in vitro. Methods : The fluid of PG, Melia toosendan seed and Fructus Schisandrae was extracted by Thermo Cell constant temperature metal bath in 0.9% saline. The pH value of the fluid was determined. The ability of PG to kill sperm was evaluated by the Sander - Cramer test under in vitro conditionsi Results : The extracted fluid of PG can immobilize and kill 100% spermatozoa within 0.5min in Vitro. The average time for immobilizing mouse and human spermatozoa completely was 0.12min and 0.31min of the fluid of PG ( the volume of PG fluid: semen = 1 : 1 ). The pH value of contracted fluid of PG was 6.92. When the pH value was adjusted, the spermicidal effect was not observed The pH value of contracted fluid of Melia toosendan seed and Fructus Schisandrae was 3 -4.5. When the pH value was adjusted, the spermicidal effect was almost failed. ConClusion : The Platycodon Grandiflorum has the function of sperm-killing quickly and may be as a momentary spermicide.
