摘　　要：目的：测定8．0％杀鼠灵母液对大白鼠的急慢性毒力。方法：且次或连续5次经口灌胃。结果：1次经口灌胃LDS50为1414mg／kg，属低毒；连续5次经口灌胃LD50为6．60mg／km，属高毒。结论：其急与慢性毒力差异大，使用安全，毒效可靠。This paper reported the acute and chronic toxicity of Warfarin Mother Solution 8.0 against the SD Mouse by one and five continuously injection through the mouth. The results showed that with one injection, the LD50 was 1414mg/kg, low toxicity; for five continuously injection, the LD50 was 6.60mg/kg,high toxicity; The acute toxicity was far different from the chronic toxicity. The rodenticide is safe and the efficiency would be reliable.
