摘　　要：分析了莱芜钢铁集团有限公司1880 m3高炉煤气系统安装的波纹管补偿器的破裂失效原因,得出属于混合酸类介质环境下的应力腐蚀开裂,提出了有针对性的解决措施,取得了较好的效果。Breakage cause of ripple tube compensator installed in the 1880 m^3 blast furnace gas system of Laiwu Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd. was analyzed. The cause was that stress corrosion cracked in mixed, acids environment. Corresponding measures were raised, which achieved better effects.
