摘 要:目的评价大学生心理健康科普知识展板的使用效果,为今后制作大学生心理健康教育宣传材料提供依据。方法采用定量与定性相结合的方法,随机调查了东北师范大学149名在校大学生。结果在观看本次展板后,大学生对抑郁症、进食紊乱和网络成瘾三种疾病的相关知识知晓率明显提高,说明材料信息的可接受性较好,信息的通俗性、简明性、指导性、趣味性和对材料的整体评价、材料类型适宜性、材料形式的生动性指标的评分均在5分以上。结论心理健康科普知识展板的信息传播效果较好。大学生也乐于接受展板这一宣传教育形式。今后可以更多地利用展板形式开展高校心理健康知识宣传教育活动。Objective To evaluate the effect of exhibition boards in mental health education among university students, to provide evidence for future mental health education materials. Methods By quantitative and qualitative methods, 146 students of Northeast Normal University were surveyed randomly. Results After visiting the exhibition boards, the knowledge rates of depression, bulimia nervosa and intemet addiction increased, which showed the acceptability of the information was fine. The score of the earthliness, conciseness, guidance and interest of the information and the whole evaluation, type fitting and formal vitality of the material were all over 5. Conclusion The information communication effect of mental health exhibition boards is all right. University students are glad to accept this form. Exhibition boards can be used to develop university mental health education.
