摘  要:本交通过细胞内电生理记录结合胞内注射LuciferYellow(LY)和免疫细胞化学方法,对猫背根神经节中C和Aδ类传入神经细胞的SP和CGRP的存在状态进行了观察.结果发现43.75%C类传入细胞和16.67%Aδ传入细胞是SP样免疫反应阳性;57.64%C类传入细胞和15.38Aδ类传入细胞是CGRP样免疫反应阳性.表明SP和CGRP与C和Aδ类传入纤维相关,为其活性物质,可能参与外周伤害性信息向脊髓的传递。In the dorsal root ganglia of cats, SP and CGRP in the neuronal somata of single C- and Aa- fibers were observed in vivo using a combination of intracellular electrophysiological recording an`] Lucifer YeIIow inkction with immunocy tochemistry. The results showed that seven of the sixteen C-fiber cells and one of the six Aa-fiber cells were SP-like immunoreactive , and eight of the fourteen C-fiber cells and two of the thirteen A8-fiber cells were CGRP-like irnmunoreactive.our results indicated that there was a clear relationship between C-and Aδ-fibers and SP or CGPR, suggesting that SP and CGRP might be involved in the transmission of noxious in formation from periphery to spinal cord.
