摘　　要：目的了解库存全血报废原因。方法对新乡市中心血站2003—2006年所有库存全血的外观情况进行肉眼观察,把异常的全血报废记录进行分类、统计。结果经观察确定共有229袋全血不合格,其主要原因是脂肪血、血袋破损、溶血、凝块、细菌污染、絮状物等。结论工作人员应提高质量意识和业务素质,加强血液管理,减少不必要的血液浪费。[ Objective] To explore the causes of stockpile whole blood rejection. [ Methods] Naked eye observation was conducted on all the stockpile blood in Xinxiang Central Blood Station during 2003 -2006; classification and statistical analysis was made on the abnormal blood that was rejected. [ Results] 299 bags of blood were found ineligible; the main causes were lipid blood, blood bag damage, haematolysis, coagulum, bacterial contamination and floccule. [ Conclusion] Quality consciousness and occupational quality of the staff should be improved ; management on blood is to be strengthened in order to reduce the waste of blood.
