摘  要:目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者前列腺液中细菌及支原体感染情况,并进行耐药性监测。方法收集CP患者前列腺液标本进行细菌和支原体的培养、鉴定和药物敏感试验,对结果进行统计学分析。结果1,870例患者的前列腺液标本中,培养出革兰阳性球菌1,178株、革兰阴性杆菌112株、支原体954株;革兰阳性球菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,万古霉素对其有效;革兰阴性杆菌以大肠埃希菌为主,头孢曲松对其有效;支原体对克拉霉素、罗红霉素敏感,对其他抗菌药物表现出不同程度的耐药。结论金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌等细菌以及解脲支原体、人型支原体是CP的主要病原体,对抗菌药物呈现不同程度耐药,故对CP应在药敏试验指导下选用敏感性抗菌药物治疗。Objectives: To study the infection of the bacteria and mycoplasma in EPS (expressed prostatic secretion) of patients with chronic prostatitis, and provide clinicians with the results of antibiotic susceptibility test as a guide for drug use. Methods: Bacteria and mycoplasma were isolated and identified, and antibiotic susceptibility tests were done. The results were statistically analyzed. Results: In 1,870 specimens of EPS, there were 1,178 strains of Gram-positive and 112 strains of Gram-negative bacteria, and 954 strains of mycoplasma. Staphylococcus aureus were the most common Gram-positive bacteria and sensitive to vancomycin. Escherichia coli were the most common Gram-negative bacteria and sensitive to ceftriaxone. Mycoplasma strains were susceptible to clarithromycin, roxithromycin, but showed different degrees of resistance to other drugs. Conclusions: Bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli etc. ) and mycoplasma(U, urealyticum and M. hominiss)are the possible pathogens in chronic prostatitis. In the treatment of chronic prostatitis, sensitive antibacterials should be selected with the guidance of drug sensitivity test.
