摘 要:目的评价磷酸钙(CPC)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效。方法31例骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者接受了椎体成形术。患者均有明显胸背部疼痛,其中15例患者失去活动功能。在X线透视引导下,经单侧或双侧椎弓根入路行经皮椎体成型术(PVP),CPC注入量为3~8ml,平均6ml,完成36个椎体成形术。术后患者随访3—18个月,平均7个月。结果31例中28例疼痛改善,有效率90.3%,疼痛缓解时间为术后1—4天,平均2.1天。随访观察止痛效果持久。1个椎体术中出现骨水泥溢入椎旁静脉丛,3个椎体骨水泥溢入椎间盘,3个椎体骨水泥溢入椎旁软组织,无溢入椎监孔和椎管内。结论磷酸钙(CPC)为治疗骨质疏松压缩性骨折的较好材料。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of calcium phosphate cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods 31 patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty with CPC .All patients suffered from persistent severe back and thoracic pain, 15patients with incapacitating. Unilateral or bilateral transpedicular approach were performed under X ray fluoroscopic guidance. A total dosage of 3-8ml bone cement was injected(mean, 6ml).36 vertebro plasty wre performed. All patients were follow-up for 3-18 months(mean,7 months)postoperation. Results Partial or complete relief of pain was obtained in all patients within 1-4 days(mean, 2.1days) after the procedure. Follow -up observation showed analgesic effect was maintained and prolonged. There was 1 venous leak, 3 intradiscal leaks, 3 paravertebral soft tissue leaks, but did not cause any severe complications. Conclusion CPC was a safe, effective material in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
