芦荟外敷治疗静脉药液外渗效果的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察新鲜芦荟外敷治疗静脉药液外渗的疗效。方法随机将76例静脉药液外渗患儿分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例。观察组采用新鲜芦荟外敷治疗，对照组给予50％硫酸镁湿敷，并对两组患儿局部肿胀及治疗效果进行观察。结果对照组与观察组治疗总有效率分别为73、7％、94．7％。两组比较，P〈0．05，对照组与观察组止痛显效时间分别（4．5±0．3）h、（2．0±0．3）h，消肿显效时间分别（4．5±0．3）h、（2．5±0．3）h，两组比较，均P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论新鲜芦荟外敷治疗静脉药液外渗具有一定疗效，可减轻患儿局部肿胀和疼痛。Objective To observe the effect of using alone external application to treat venous medicine exosmosis. Methods Seventy-six children who hed venous medicine exosmosis were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each groupo Alone was used for external application in the experiment group, and 50% magnesium sulfate was used in the control group, pain and local swell in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the control group and treatment group were 73.7% and 94.7% respectively （P〈0. 05）. The pain time in the control group was （4.5±0.3） hours, and in the treatment group was （2.0±0.3） hours （P〈0. 05）, The local swell time in control group was （4.5±0.3） hours, and in the treatment group was （2. 5 ± 0.3） hours （P〈0. 05）.eonclusion It can reduce patients pain and local swell by using alone for external application to treat venous medicine exosmosis.
