基于医院信息系统的健康教育模块的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨利用计算机、网络通讯及多媒体技术，开发基于医院信息系统、病区护患关系管理系统以及社区患者关系管理系统（PRM）等网络环境下的健康教育模块。方法健康教育系统数据库主要包括健康教育知识数据库、疾病相关医疗保健知识数据库及健康教育管理评估数据库。结果健康教育内容、时机由相关联的健康教育数据库提供；患者出院后的健康教育，可通过各种途径定期与患者沟通，了解实施健康教育前后患者行为、健康状态、生理健康状态等情况，从不同层面设定评价标准，对健康教育质量进行评估。结论基于HIS的健康教育模块研究，是应用高速发展的计算机技术、网络技术等新的方法，使健康教育知识的资源传播更有序、服务更协调。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pathway, evidence based nursing, evidence based health education and other modern nursing methods that used in clinical nursing practice through information technique. Methods To use the hospital information system as platform of the nurse-patient relationship management system, the main net is 100 M/1000 methernet, system database including clinical nursing pathway database and clinical nursing problem solving program database. Results The clinical nursing problem solving program database offer various nursing practice principles, methods and the contents of nursing education. According to the change of patient＇s condition, it can adjust and interfere in the nursing pathway. The nurse-patient relationship management system include guide the patient＇s medication, drink and food, rest, activity and functional exercise, explain difficulties, health inquiry et al. The training of nursing staff including communication skill, computer operation and evidence based nursing. Conclusion The nurse-patient relationship management system based in HIS is a new method to use the fast developing computer technique and net technique. It can make the whole nursing into practice, which the core is patient and the basis is cooperation.
