摘  要:本文用NADPH-d组化法和AChE显示法对大鼠舌内NOS阳性结构的正常分布以及NOS与AChE的共存进行了观察。结果表明,含NOS阳性神经元分布于舌的肌层、结缔组织、血管和味腺周围,其中NOS阳性细胞体以舌体游离段和舌根分布较多,舌尖和香体附着段次之,它们发出的神经纤维主要支配血管、腺体和肌组织.NOS和AChE双重染色表明两者分布模式一致。上述分布特征说明,NOS阳性神经元可能主要与血流调节和腺分泌有关,并参与胆碱能神经传递。By using histochemical metod of NADPH-diaphorase and acetylchorinesterase(AChE), the coexistence of nitricoxide synthase (NOS)and AChE in tongue of rats were studied. The results revealed that NOS positive neurons were mainly located in the muscle layer, connective tisue, around blood vessels and taste glands of tongue. There were more NOS-positive neurons in the free part of body and root of tongue whereas the tip and the attached part of tongue contained only afew neruon bodies. The nerve fibers formed perivascular plexus, surrounded the glands, and distribured in the muscle layerNOS and AChE double staining was seen to distribute in the same pattern. The distribution suggested that NOS positivenerves might paricipate in the regulation of regional blood flow and the secretion of the glands, and take part in the choliner.ic nerve transmission.
