摘 要:目的:测试并评定青壮年正常膝屈、伸肌等速肌力,即峰力矩(peak torque)、屈膝肌蜂力矩与伸膝肌峰力矩比值(hamstring/quadrieeps,H/Q)的正常值,为今后进一步研究提供参考。方法:应用Cybex-330型等速运动测试系统对26名正常青壮年男性双侧膝屈、伸肌进行等速肌力测试研究。结果:青壮年正常膝屈、伸肌峰力矩值在不同测试速度(60°/s、120°/s、180°/s)随测试速度的增加而减小,其测试结果为伸膝肌力大于屈膝肌力,慢速测试大于快速测试;H/Q比值随测试速度的增加而增加。左右侧膝测试结果比较相差无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:正常青壮年左右侧膝屈、伸肌等速肌力之间的正常相差为15%左右;H/Q比值在50%~70%范围内;保持膝屈、伸肌力的同步加强及正常的H/Q比值对维持膝关节的稳定性有重要作用。Objective: To evaluate isokinetic hamstring and quadriceps peak torque and corresponding hamstring/quadrieeps(HQ) ratios of normal adult men. Methods: Twenty - six normal adult men were tested with the Cybex - 330 isokinetic dynamometer for both knee flexors and extensors at 60°/s, 120°/s, 180°/s. Results: The peak torque of both knee flexors and extensors decreased as testing velocity increased. The testing results also revealed that the peak torque were higher in knee extensors and in slow velocity testing than in knee flexors and in quick velocity testing. Conversely, the HQ ratios increased as teating velocity increased. There were no significant differencea in peak torque and HQ ratios in both lower extremities (P>0.05). Conclusions: The study suggests that the normal peak torque difference in both lower extremities is 15%, and the normal HQ ratio is between 50% and 70%. Synchronou strengthening of the knee flexors and extensors, and normal HQ ratio play an important role in maintaining the stability of the knee joint.
