注视目标的远近对静态姿势图的影响

摘　　要：目的:运用计算机控制的平衡稳定性测试方法(即静态姿势图),对170例正常人按年龄、性别配对平均分成两组进行测试。方法:分别测试在并足及分足时睁眼、闭眼时的情况。睁眼时一组注视1米远的目标为G1组,另一组注视3米或3米以上远的目标为G2组。结果:除了在分足时前后方向最大摆幅在睁眼时两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)外,其他各参数值在并足及分足时睁眼情况下,G1组均较G2组大,差异有非常显著性(P<0.009);在闭眼时G_1与G_2组在并足及分足时各参数值无显著性差异(P>0.05);G1与G2在并足、闭眼情况下各参数值均较分足、睁眼时大,差异有非常显著性(P<0.005);两组在左右及前后方向的最大摆幅与摆速的特征一致。结论:注视1米远的目标平衡功能下降,在运用静态姿势图进行平衡测试时应按常规注视3米或3米以上远的目标以保证得出正确结论。Objective: 170 healthy volunteers were quantitatively evaluated with computerized stabilometer (static posturography). According to sex, age, they were divided into two groups. Methods: They were told that the feet stood side by side, and stood separately with the eyes open and close to get six parameters. Subject standing with eyes open, gazing at a fixed target 1 meter in front of him at eye level was the first group(G1), gazing at a fixed target 3 meters or more was the seond group (G2). Results: Except the subject stood separately with eyes open, maximal sway in fore-back direction of two groups was nonsignificant, other parameters in the condition of standing side by side and separately with eyes open were- observed with significant differences between two groups (G1>G2). However, under the condition of eyes closed with feet side by side and separately, the difference between two groups was nonsignificant. When the eyes opened and the feet stood separately the stabilization was better than that of eyes closing and feet standing side by side. The characterization of posturography of two groups was the same. Conclusion: Gazing at a fixed target 1 meter away in front, one's upright stability decreased. By use of static posturography to evaluate subjects, routine gazing 3 meters or more away should be followed for reliable results.
