摘　　要：质粒DNA的序列测定是现代分子生物学的重要技术,我们改进了以往质粒DNA序列测定的操作,建立一种新的全质粒DNA序列测定方法,7个质粒DNA测定结果表明:该方法结果稳定可靠,快速简便,值得推广应用。The plasmid DNA sequencing is one of the most important techniques in morden molecular biology.After having improved the way of usual plasmid DNA sequencing,we established a new method of whole plasmid DNA sequencing.The results of seven plasmid DNA sequencing suggestted that the method is very stable,reliable,rapid and handy.It should be extended and used.
