摘  要:目的:了解小儿语言发育水平及早期沟通对小儿语言发展的影响。方法:采用定量研究方法,对在同一家医院出生的800对正常足月儿及其母亲,分别于42天、6个月及12个月时用家庭背景问卷,于12个月时用"中文早期语言与沟通发展量表简表"(CCDI)及家庭背景问卷对母亲进行面对面问卷调查。用均数、中位数和率描述语言发展水平,用两独立样本秩和检验分析婴儿早期沟通对小儿语言发展的影响。结果:12个月时,71.6%小儿至少会用1个手势,69.0%会理解或表达至少1个词。1岁时小儿手势得分中位数为6.0(0~10),词汇得分中位数为85.0(0~194)。父母在42天内、1~6个月内经常与孩子进行语言交流、给孩子做皮肤按摩、亲自养育孩子,则小儿语言得分较高。结论:婴儿早期沟通利于1岁时小儿语言发展。Objective: To detect child language development level and the effect of early communicating on child language development. Methods: By quantitative Cross - sectional study, and related background questionnaire at 42 days and 6 months after delivery, and Chinese Communicative Development Inventory (CCDI) , the short mandarin version and related background questionnaire at 12 months after delivery, questionnaire surveys were conducted respectively among the parents of 800 health children. Median and rate were used to describe the language development level Rank test was used to find the effect of early communicating on children language development. Results: 71.6% of children were able to use one gesture and 69. 0% of children were able to understand or expression one word at least. By 12 months, the median of score of gesture language was 6. 0 and the one of word understanding and expression was 85. From birth till 6 months, often speaking to children, skin, message for children and parents participating rearing were related to children's high vocabulary score. Conclusion: The early communicating with infants could have positive effect on the language development of children age of one years old.
