摘  要:采用生物滴滤床(BTF)对某制药厂污水站含H2S废气进行净化实验。结果表明,在循环营养液温度为25~30℃、pH为1~3、空床停留时间(EBRT)为13.5s、废气中H2S质量浓度在200-600mg/m^3时,BTF系统对HzS的去除率基本保持在90%以上,且稳定性良好;循环营养液中SO4^2-浓度的累积会降低系统H2S的去除率;随着BTF填料体积因压实而减小,H2S去除率减小。可通过改变系统操作条件或用稀碱液冲洗等方法防止填料堵塞BTF系统在特殊工况下,具有较好的恢复性能。The hydrogen sulfide (H2S) containing air stream, which was collected from the air flotation and other units of the wastewater treatment plant of a pharmaceutical factory, was treated in a pilot scale biotrickling filter (BTF). Operating under an empty bed residence time of 13.5 s, pH of 1-3, and temperature of the circulating nutrient solution of 25-30℃, the BTF treatment performance was excellent and stable, removing 〉90 % of the H2S present in the feed (the feed H2S concentration= 200-600 mg/m^3 ). The H2S removal efficiency decreased with accumulation of sulfate in the solution. The treatment performance also declined with the reduction of the BTF packing volume due to compaction. The filter clogging problem was solved by varying the operating conditions and/or washing with a basic water (pH= 11). The BTF treatment performance recovered quickly after the system upsets due to high pH (up to pH 14), shock loading, and 8 days of interruption.
