摘　　要：阐述了织物在硬挺整理中会遇到的常见问题:整理时催化剂和渗透剂的选择、织物上游离甲醛超标、三聚氰胺树脂的稳定性和抗冻性、布面硬度和厚度、树脂花、白痕、霉点、色裂等.通过选择配套助剂和有效控制工艺可减少和克服这些常见问题.The common problems during the process of stiffening were expatiate. The following problems were concerned such as the choice of catalyst and penetrating agent, over standard of free formaldehyde on the fabric, the stability and freezing resistance of melamine resin, the hardness and thickness of cloth face, resin mottling, white mark, mildew stain, chap and repair and so on. The above common problems could be reduced or overcome by choosing appropriate types of auxiliary agents and adjusting the corresponding technics.
