摘 要:控制由砂轮直径的变化所引起的蜗杆齿形误差,是磨削ZC1蜗杆过程中的关键问题。根据ZC1蜗杆磨削加工数学模型,分析了磨削过程中当砂轮直径发生变化时,蜗杆参数d1,m,z1对蜗杆齿形误差的影响规律。提出一种适合数值计算的ZC1蜗杆磨削砂轮修整原理和数学模型,通过实例证明提出的ZC1蜗杆砂轮磨削修整模型的正确性与可行性;为生产中减小ZC1蜗杆齿形磨削加工误差、实现ZC1蜗杆的高精度加工提供一种崭新的途径。Controlling the teeth profile error induced by the variation of diameter of grinding wheel is a key problem in the process of grinding ZC1 worm. The effects of d1, m and z1 on the teeth profile error as the grinding wheel diameter changes are analyzed based on the mathematical model of the grinding process. A new mathematical model and the truing principle for the grinding wheel of ZC1 worm is pre- sented. The shape grinding wheel truing of ZC1 worm is carried out according to the model. The validity and the feasibility of the mathematical model are proved by case studies. And the method provides a new means for reducing the teeth profile error, thus meeting the machining needs of the high-speed manufac- ture and precision in the process of grinding ZC1 worm.
