摘 要:采用NCⅡ设计,以5个彩色棉(陆地棉)品种(系)为母本,6个优质纤维品系(远缘杂交后代)为父本配制杂交组合,分析了彩色棉品系与优质纤维品系杂交组合性状的配合力效应。结果表明,单株铃数、铃重和皮棉产量具极显著的特殊配合力方差,衣分的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均极显著,纤维品质性状2.5%跨长、比强度和麦克隆值具极显著的一般配合力方差。利用彩色棉品系与优质纤维品系配制杂交组合,其F1代皮棉产量较现有推广品种增产潜力较大,纤维长度及比强度均可显著提高,可以有效改善彩色棉的产量和纤维品质性状。Crosses were made between 5 nature-color cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) female lines and 6 high quality fiber male lines which were generations of distant hybridization by NCⅡ design. Combing ability effects were analyzed for crosses between nature-color and high quality fiber lines. The result showed that the SCA (specific combining ability) variance were significant at 1% level for boll number per plant, boll weight and lint yield. The GCA (general combining ability) and SCA variances of lint percentage were significant at 1% level. The GCA variances were significant at 1% level for 2.5% span length, fiber strength and micronaire value. The increasing potential of lint yields in F1 hybrids, which were made by using nature-color lines and high quality fiber lines, were higher than the common extension varieties. Both the fiber span length and the strength could be significantly increased, while yield and quality traits could be effectively improved for nature-color cotton in F1 hybrids.
