摘  要:将O,O′-二丁基二硫代磷酸镧(LaDBDP)用作天然橡胶(NR)的硫化促进剂。研究了LaDBDP用量对NR硫化特性、力学性能和热空气老化性能的影响,并与相应的非稀土配合物NaDBDP和ZnDBDP做了对比。结果表明,LaDBDP,NaDBDP和ZnDBDP用量对NR各项性能的影响规律基本相同。随着LaDBDP用量由1mmol增至4mmol,NR硫化速度显著加快,硫化胶力学性能提高,但对NR热空气老化性能的影响不明显。当LaDBDP用量由4mmol增至6mmol时,对NR硫化特性和力学性能的影响不明显,但热老化性能有所下降。当LaDBDP用量为4mmol时,NR综合性能最佳。O, O'-lanthanum dibutyldithiophosphate(LaDBDP) was used as curing accelerator of natural rubher(NR). The effect of LaDBDP amount on the curing characteristics,the mechanical properties and the hot air ag-ing resistance were studied, compared with non-rare earth eomplexes(ZnDBDP and NaDBDP). The results showed that the effect of the complexes amount on the properties of NR was similar. When LaDBDP amount was increased from 1mmol to 4mmol,the curing rate increased,and the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates were enhanced,while the effect on the hot air ageing resistance was less obvious. When LaDBDP amount were increased from 4mmol to 6mmol, the curing characteristics and the mechanical properties of NR didn't vary obviously, but the hot air ageing resistance was decreased. The optimum properties were obtained when LaDBDP amount was 4mmol.
