急性心肌梗死的院前急救及急诊室处治

摘　　要：目的提高对AMI患者的临床表现的认识和探讨其早期治疗。方法回顾分析我院2004～2006年间，院前AMI患者的临床资料。结果AMI院前急救及急诊室处治30例与对照组30例，均有溶栓治疗指征。治疗组血管再通率83％，病死率6，7％。结论AMI早期溶栓治疗可明显降低患者的病死率和改善预后，降低医疗费用且安全可行。Objective To deepen the understanding of the clinical manifeseation of the AMI patients and to delve into its early treatment.Methods Analyzing the AMI clinical material of the hospital from 2004 to 2006.Results The treatment sign of the thrombolysis appearing both in 30 eases of AMI in emergency treatment and 30 eases of eomparison groups .The reopening rate of the vessel in therapeutie group is 83 %, the death rate is 6.7 % . Conclusion By early treatment of AMI, whieh is safe and feasible, the death rate redueing, the prognosis improving, the eost lowing.
