摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层动脉瘤(ADA)的诊断价值。方法采用经胸超声(TTE)检查17例夹层动脉瘤患者,观察主动脉管腔内有无膜样回声及管腔内血流情况。结果超声能敏感显示剥离的内膜,剥离的范围及血流改变,并对主动脉夹层动脉瘤进行分型。结论超声检查对诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of color Doppler echocardiography on the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm （ADA） .Methods 17 patients were examined by trans thoracic echocardiography（TTE） ,and observed the membrane shape ultrasonic echo,blood stream change in aortic canal. Results Aortic dissecting aneurysm peel off inner membrane, peel off area, blood stream change can be showed sensitivity by echocardiography. Echocardiography can class type for aortic dissecting aneurysm. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is benefitial to diagnose aortic dissecting aneurysm.
