摘　　要：对新巴赛尔协议中关于银行操作风险的理论进行了论述,对不同的操作风险类别采用不同的控制方式进行了分析,介绍了保险产品现状及存在问题;研究了保险对缓释商业银行操作风险的作用;提出我国商业银行操作风险管理中可以引入保险机制,并给出了对策建议。The function of insurance to release the commercial bank operational risk was studied. The theory of Basel Ⅱ concerning the bank operational risk was expounded. The adoption of different control methods to different operational risks was analyzed. The current states and existing problems of insurance products were introduced. Some suggestions arc given to the commercial banks＂ operational risk management.
