四叶错位浮环轴承流体动力特性的边界元分析

摘  要:和单油叶轴承比较,多油叶轴承稳定性好,旋转精度高,但承载能力低,摩擦损耗大。为了克服多油叶轴承的缺点。在多油叶轴承和轴颈间加入一个浮环,从而达到提高承载力,减小摩擦损耗的效果。利用边界元方法计算了一类多油叶浮环轴承——四叶错位浮环轴承的流体动力特性。Compared with the single-leaf bearings, the multi - leaf bearings feature good stability and high running accuracy. However, they have a low bearing capacity and a large friction loss. To overcome the weakness in the multi-leaf bearings, a floating ring is placed between the liner and journal of the multi-leaf bearing so as to increase the bearing capacity and lower the friction loss. The hydrodynamic characteristics of a kind of multi-leaf floating-ring bearings, i.e. four-leaf dislocated floating-ring bearings, have been calculated with the help of the boundary element method.
