摘　　要：随着金融制度的不断完善和金融市场竞争的加剧,金融机构之间正自发地建立某种协同竞争网络关系以增强其竞争实力。本文将以网络关系及自组织理论为依据,在Lotka-Volterra系统下,引入竞争与合作两个因素,在讨论不动点稳定的基础上,说明金融机构网络关系的自组织演化机制,并以银保混业经营为例分析我国的实际问题。With the improvement of financial system and the sharpening competition in the financial market, financial institutions are spontaneously constructing some synergetic and competitive network in order to enhance their strength. On the basis of network and self-organization theory, this paper draws into two elements, i.e, competition and cooperation, in the system of Lotka-Volterra to set forth the network self-organization evolvement mechanism and analysis the financial conglomerations between banks and insurance companies of China after discussing the stability of the immobility points.
