核素运动试验左心功能对中老年人冠心病的诊断价值

摘　　要：以99mTc－MIBI运动负荷核素心肌断层显像（SPECT）为参照标准，应用静息和运动负荷核素心室显影（MRNA）研究了105名中老年健康人和冠心病（CHD）患者。结果显示，在患病率为39．9％的情况下，运动负荷左室射血分数（LVEF）及轴缩短率（RS）对中老年人CHD诊断的敏感性为95．8％，特异性为85．9％，阳性预测值81．9％，阴性预测值96．8％。结论：运动负荷LVEF及RS对中老年人CHD的诊断很有价值，阴性时基本上可排除诊断。Taking 99mTc - MIBI stress radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging as the consulted standard,105 cases ofmiddle and old aged health people and CHD patients were studied with static and exercise radionuclide angiocardio-graphy.The result showed that the incidence of CHD was39.9%, and the diagnostic sensitivity,speciality,positive forecasting value and negative forecasting value of stressLVEF and RS to the middle and old aged CHD were.95.8%,85.9%, 81 .9% and 96.8% separately. Conclu-sion: Exereise stress LVEF and RS are valuabl in the diag-nosis of middle and old aged CHD. As the result is nega-tive, the diagnosis of CHD can be denied basically.
