摘　　要：本文以A股市场的民营上市公司为样本,考察我国民营经济的发展现状,比较民营上市公司与非民营上市公司在企业经营与公司治理方面的差异,探讨当前我国民营经济及民营上市公司发展所面临的深层次问题,并提出相应的政策建议。The paper sampled private listed companies in A-share market, to study the development of China private economy, to compare the difference of corporate governance between private listed companies and non-private listed companies, to explore the deep problems of our private economy and private listed companies, and to propose relevant policy recommendations.
