摘 要:基于异步电动机原理,将磁力联轴器的外转子内侧上布有稀土永磁体,而内转子则采用类似于异步电机的鼠笼式结构,由此设计的新型耐高温磁力联轴器能有效地解决以往磁力驱动泵无法输送高温介质的问题,具有较高的经济价值和较好的使用前景。该磁力联轴器功率、转矩的分析求解是设计中的一个至关重要的环节,用常规方法来获得准确求解难度很大。采用了频率归算的方法,把联轴器内转子变为等效的静止转子,而后对此加以分析并推导出相关公式,最后通过实验来加以验证。Based on the principle of asynchronism electromotor, the new type magnetic coupling that endures high temperature is designed, rare permanent magnets are laid on the outer rotor but the inner rotor is similar to the cage rotor of asynchronism electromotor. The new type magnetic coupling can effectively solve the problem that the former magnetic pump can not carry high-temperature medium, so it possesses of higher economic value and better use foreground. The analysis and calculation about the power and torque is the utmost importance segment in the design ,however it is difficult to obtain the exact solution by the common method. In order to resolve this problem,the means of frequency transformation is adopted,namely, the internal rotor of the new type magnetic coupling is transformed into the equivalent of motionless rotor,then the correlative formula is derived by analysis. Finally, the experiment is taken to verify it.
