肾衰方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭湿热证营养不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药验方肾衰方治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)湿热证营养不良患者的疗效。方法:60例CRF湿热证患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用肾衰方,对照组用开同片。结果:肾衰方能明显改善CRF营养不良患者的营养状况,能升高血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平(P<0.05),降低主症评分及SGA评分(P<0.01)。结论:肾衰方是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭营养不良患者的有效方剂。Objective ：To study the efficacy of Shenshuai Decoction for the treatment of malnutrition caused by Dampheat of Chronic Renal Failure. Methods ：The 60 cases patients were divided into treatment group（ 30 cases） and control group（ 30 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Shenshuai Decoction. The control group was treated with Ketosteril. Before and after the treatment, serum albumin, pre -albumin, siderophilin, cholesterol, creatinine and urea nitrogen were tested. Results ：Shenshuai Decoction could obviously improve the malnutrition status of CRF patients with Dampheat, improve the level of serum albumin, pre -albumin, transferrin（ P 〈 0.05） and decrease the scores of main symptom and SGA（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Shenshuai Decoction is an utility decoction for the treatment of malnutrition caused by CRF with Dampheat.
