摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症的免疫学机理。方法:建造SD大鼠EMT模型。30只大鼠随机分为空白对照、模型对照、针刺治疗共3组。并监测各组大鼠血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM);脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)水平;及NK细胞、IL-1、IL-6的活性。结果:针刺疗法能抑制增强的体液免疫反应,改善细胞免疫功能,提高NK细胞活性,降低血清IL-1、IL-6分泌水平。结论:针刺疗法能较好调节子宫内膜异位症紊乱的免疫机能。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy on endometriosis（EMT） and its immunological mechanism. Methods ： EMT model of rats were set up. 30 Rats were divided into three groups ： normal group, EMT model group, and acupuncture group. The levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM, and the function of CD3 ,CD4 ,CD8 ,CD4/CD8 , and the activity of natural killer （NK） ceils, and the secreting levels of IL - 1, IL - 6 in serum were measured. Results ： Acupuncture suppressed the increased humoral immunity reactive in EMT, improved the function of cell immunity, enhanced significantly NK activity , and reduced the secreting levels of IL - 1 ,IL -6 in serum. Conclusions： Acupuncture therapy can relieve the disturbances of immune function in EMT.
