消癥注射液对大鼠子宫内膜异位囊肿的治疗机理初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨消癥注射液治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植术建立实验性子宫内膜异位囊肿模型,采用囊肿腔内注射给药方式,分别观察消癥注射液和无水酒精对模型鼠外周血清、在位内膜组织、异位内膜组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。结果:消癥注射液对上述组织中VEGF均有不同的下调或抑制作用,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),消癥注射液高浓度组、低浓度组与无水酒精相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是消癥注射液低浓度组几组数值更接近正常组,以它效果最好。结论:消癥注射液对实验性异位症有显著的治疗效果,其中抗血管生成可能是其作用机理之一。Objective： Study of mechanism of Xiao Zheng Injection on endometriosis of rat model. Methold. The rat model of endometriosis was made by implanting its endometrium into peritoneum ; compared the morphologic change after given treatment; Detected the VEGF in serum by ELISA; Detected the protein VEGFexpression in eutopic and ectopic endometrium. Result： Xiao Zheng injection can decease the expression of VEGF in serum,eutopic and ectopic endometrium, contrast to model group, P 〈0.05 ,among three treating group ,the effect of lower density ofXiao Zheng injection is the best. Conclusion： There is a good result of Xiao Zheng injection to endometriosis , maybe anti - angiogenesis is one of the mechanism of it.
