复方颠倒散药物面膜的皮肤毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价复方颠倒散药物面膜外用的安全性。方法:采用复方颠倒散药物面膜对豚鼠进行皮肤急性毒理、长期毒理及变态反应试验,观察其体重变化、皮肤以及各脏器的反应;对家兔进行皮肤刺激试验,观察其皮肤反应。结果:应用高、中、低3种剂量面膜的豚鼠,在体重变化、皮肤以及各脏器的反应方面与正常对照组比较均无显著性差异;面膜对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性,对家兔的完整皮肤及破损皮肤均无刺激性。结论:复方颠倒散药物面膜对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性,对各脏器无功能及器质性损害,外用安全可靠,值得进一步开发应用。Objective ：To evaluate the external application security of Compound Diandao Pulvis Drug Facial Mask （CDPD- FM）. Methods ：Guinea pigs were used to test the dermatic acute toxicology, dermatic long- term toxicology, and the allergic reaction of CDPDFM by various experiments. The change of the guinea pigs＇weight, the skin and organs reaction were checked during the experiments. Rabbits were also used to test the skin reaction of CDPDFM. Results ： The variances of the guinea pigs＇ weight,skin and organs reaction between the high -dose group, mid -dose group, low -dose group and normal control group were all negligible. CDPDFM had no sensitization to the guinea pigs＇skin. And CDPDFM had no irritation to the integrated rabbit skin as well as the damaged rabbit skin. Conclusions ：CDPDFM had no irritation and sensitization to the skin. It also had no functional and organic damage to the organs. CDPDFM has excellent external application security and it deserves further development and application.
