摘 要:以羊毛醇为主要原料,P2O5为磷酸化试剂合成了磷酸化羊毛醇酯;通过正交实验,对制备羊毛醇磷酸酯的主要影响因素进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为:n(羟基)∶n(P2O5)=3.5∶1.0,反应温度75℃,反应时间3.5 h。在该条件下得到的产物经组分分析可知,磷酸化羊毛醇酯中磷酸单酯(MAP)产率在65%以上;用IR对产物进行了结构表征;皮革应用实验结果表明,磷酸化羊毛醇酯加脂后革的理化及手感指标均优于磷酸化羊毛脂加脂革。Lanolin alcohol was used as main raw material and phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) was used as phosphating agent to prepare the phosphate lanolin alcohol ester. The optimium reaction conditions were that the mole ratio of hydroxyl and phosphorus pentoxide was 3.5:1.0, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 3.5 h. The yield of lanolin alcohol phosphate monoester (MAP) was higher than 65%. Moreover, structure of the product was characterized by IR. The application test indicated that the physical and chemical properties and handle of leather which was dealt with this product were better than those dealt with phosphated lanolin.
