摘 要:开发一种用于固体火箭推进剂脱模的可常温固化溶剂型防粘涂料,该涂料是以常温固化型氟树脂为基体,加入改性微粉及其他各种助剂,配制而成的悬浮液。讨论和研究了由该涂料在常温条件下形成的涂层,以及涂层的防粘机理及涂料的配方设计原则。通过多次脱模试验及粘结力测试表明,所制备的防粘涂料能够多次使用及具有强的防粘性能,通过红外测试、扫描电镜观察、激光粒度分析对涂料进行研究。Anti-stick coatings for stripping of solid rocket propellant, which could be cured at room temperature had been successfully developed. The coatings was a solvent suspension consisted of FEVE resin, micro-powders, and promoters. The anti-stick mechanism and designed principle of coating were discussed. In addition, the anti-sticking ability of the coatings was evaluated by measuring the stripping force. The results showed that the anti-stick coatings exhibited very good properties and could be used time after time, The Ambient Curable non-stick coatings was analysed by the IR spectrometer ,SEM and the particle size analysis as well.
