摘 要:膨胀石墨(EG)质轻,易于成型,过渡金属氯化物石墨层间化合物具有良好导电性,因此,以膨胀石墨为宿主制备的石墨层间化合物(EGICs)有望作为高性能电磁屏蔽材料而获得应用。本文对CoCl2-FeCl3-膨胀石墨层间化合物的电导、电导与温度的关系以及其磁性能进行了探讨。结果表明,CoCl2-FeCl3-EGICs常温电导是膨胀石墨的2.8~4.2倍,阶结构不同电导率不同,Ⅱ阶电导率最高,为8.97×105S/m;300℃以内具有金属电导特性。CoCl2-FeCl3-EGICs磁化特性与EG不同,为顺磁性,磁化率为10-4量级,随阶数升高而下降。Exfoliate graphite (EG) has smaller density and is easy to be prepared. Graphite intercalation compounds of transition metal chloride have excellent conductive property which can be used in high performance electromagnetic shielding field. In this paper, the electrical conductivity, the relationship between conductivity and temperature, and magnetic property of CoCh - FeCh exfoliate graphite intercalation compounds (CoCl2- FeCl3- EGICs) have been studied. The results showed that the conductivity of CoCl2- FeCl3- EGICs was 2. 8-4.2 times as high as pristine EG under room temperature, it varied with the different stage of GIC. Stage 2 sample of CoCl2 - FeCl3 - EGICs had the highest conductivity of 8.97 ×10^5 S/m. The electric conductance properties of stage 1 and 2 CoCl2 - FeCl3 -EGICs are same as metal under 300 ℃, linear relation has existed between electrical resistivity and temperature. Magnetization property of CoCl2 - FeCl3- EGICs showed the paramagnetism which was different from the EG's diamagnetism. Magnetic susceptibility of CoCl2 - FeCl3 - EGICs, ordered in 10^-4, deceased as the stage number increase.
