高性能炭材料用沥青浸渍剂中间相形成过程分析

摘  要:采用热台偏光显微镜对两种族组分不同的煤沥青升温至550℃进行观察。结果表明,族组分不同,中间相形成过程存在差别,原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)对中间相的形成有明显的影响。PQI对煤沥青芳烃分子的聚合产生促进作用,即芳烃分子以这些微米级炭粒为核心快速聚合长大,数量众多的原生QI杂质起到了"催化剂粒子"的作用,表现出QI引发的中间相小球成核、生长、融并的渐变的相变特征;当QI的影响基本消除后,沥青按边界引发热致饱和瞬态相变机制形成中间相。Two kinds of coal-tar pitches with different primary QI contents were heated to 550 ℃ in a hot stage, and the processes of carbonization were observed through the hot-stage optical microscopy. The result shows that there are marked difference in carbonization behavior between these two coal - tar pitches. The PQI in coal - tar pitch have great effects on the formation of mesophase sphere. PQI not only controls the coalescence of mesophase sphere hut also the nucleation of new spheres . The formation of mesophase for the coal-tar pitch with high content of PQI exhibits the processes of nucleation, growth and coalescence of mesophase spheres. When the temperature reached to 500 ℃, the spheres aggregated together and formed the pitch-derived carbon with the texture of domain type and mosaic type. However,during the early stage of carbonization for the coal -tar pitch with low PQI content, there are no sphere can be observed. With the increase of temperature, lots of groove appeared rapidly at the edge of melted coal - tar pitch , then extened to the whole plane and finally formed the pitch- derived carbon in the form of sheet.
