摘　　要：以河南省信阳市农用地定级估价工作为例,探讨了农用地定级估价因素因子的预处理,为因素的计算及农用地定级与估价提供基础数据。Taking the agricultural land gradation and appraisal of Xinyang City in He＇nan Province as an example, the preprocess of agricultural land gradation and appraisal factor was discussed. It provided the basic data for the factor calculation and agricultural land gradation and appraisal.
