摘　　要：人类社会的发展史,是一部不断追求和谐社会崇高理想的实践史。传统武术自身具有民族性和传统性,它的"形神兼备、内外合一"观念,"以和为贵、重礼崇德"思想和"持中贵和、天人合一"意识,符合儒家的把自我身心内外的和谐作为起点,推广到人与人的和谐,继而扩展到人与自然的和谐这种"内圣外王"的观念,在当今建设和谐社会的过程中具有重要的现实意义。The development history of human society is practical history. Traditional Wushu with nationality and tradition alism itself, its conception of ＂Both Form ＇and Spirit, Internal and External Unify＂, idea of＂Harmony best, Pohteness and Morality adore.＂, ＂Nature and Man Unify＇accord with the harmony of internal and external body and mind as the beginning of Confucianism, generate to the harmony of people and extend to the harmony of human and nature as the conception of ＂Sage internal King external＂ is of great practical importance in the processing of constructing harmony society at present.
