摘　　要：随着混凝土行业的迅速发展,混凝土企业发展的滞后性和建设监管的不到位给混凝土的质量带来很大的隐患,为提高混凝土企业的质量管理水平,混凝土企业应该从多方面加强管理,推行全员质量管理,提高产品质量。With the booming in development and application of new technology of concrete, the quality of concrete may be influenced due to unfamiliar to new technologies in management and construction, which may result in some latent risks. In order to improve the management and thus assure the quality of concrete, some suggestions, such as enhancing the quality control procedures in management and training all relevant staff, is proposed in this paper.
