摘  要:根据Boehm滴定方法,测定了不同双氧水浸渍浓度、浸渍pH和浸渍时间条件下制备的改性黏胶基活性炭纤维表面3种主要含氧官能团含量,得出了含氧官能团随浸渍浓度、pH和时间的变化规律;利用TG/DTA分析技术表征了改性前后样品表面的含氧官能团及其稳定性.研究表明,改性后活性炭纤维表面含氧官能团含量均有不同程度的增长,3种官能团总量最高达到2.401 mmol/g;浸渍浓度对含氧官能团含量影响最大,pH次之,时间影响最小;热分析结果证实,相比原样而言,改性样品表面含有更多类型和数量丰富的含氧官能团.An investigation was made into the influence of impregnated concertration, pH and time on the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups of the modified viscose activated carbon fibers ; according to Boehm' s titration method, the amounts of three kinds of oxygen-containing functional groups of activated carbon fibers modified under three different ingredients including the impregnated concentration, pH and time of H2O2 were characterized; the amount and stability of oxygen-containing functional groups of original and modified samples were analyzed by TG/DTA analysis. The results indicate that the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups of the modified samples increase variously, the maximum amount of the total three functional groups is 2. 401 mmol/g, the influence of impregnated concentration on the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups is the most evident, next is pH and the influence of time is the most indistinct ; the thermal analysis shows that the category and amount of oxygen-containing functional groups of the modified sample is more abundant than the original sample.
