摘　　要：律师作为一种特殊的社会职业,其功能的有效发挥有赖于律师行业自治的实现。律师行业自治能够推进国家的法治过程,可以促进社会民主的进程和实现行政权的转化,也符合律师职业使命的内在要求。The work of lawyers,whose job is a special profession, could only become fully effective when lawyering autonomy is achieved. Lawyering autonomy can, expectedly, promote the process of law government of a country and the progress of public democracy,and realize the transformation of administrative power,which conforms to the intrinsic demand of the professional duty of lawyers.
