摘　　要：介绍了工业遗产地段的基本概念和类型,分析了工业遗产地段成为保护与改造热点的原因,初步探讨了工业遗产地段保护性再利用规划的特点,并列举了编制的一般框架。This paper introduces the basic concepts and types of industrial heritage sites, analyze the reason why the area of industry bequest become the hotspot of alteration and protection. Explore the characteristics of industrial heritage sites protection and reuse planning to come up with the compilation method.
