摘　　要：为了满足四圆衍射仪对单晶结构和尺寸检测的要求,本文利用溶剂挥发法系统地研究了瓜环单体在不同浓度盐酸中的晶体培养状况,结果表明:五～八元瓜环单体在盐酸浓度分别为2mol/L、1.5mol/L、1mol/L和5mol/L培养液和最佳温度为25℃条件下所培养的单晶结构完整,尺寸符合检测要求。To meet the requirement of the structure and size of the single crystal by using the four circle diffractometer, this paper systematically studies the crystal cultivations of cucurbituril on different concentrations of HCl with the method of soivent evaporation, The result shows： under the temperature of 25℃ and with the concentrations of HCl, 2mol/L 1.5mol/L. 1 mol/ L 5mol/L respectively, the crystal structure and size of cucurbit[5-8]uris meet the detection standards.
