摘　　要：高校电子阅览室已成为各院校图书馆建设最重要的设施,电子阅览室的软、硬件建设、服务管理水平也就成为了衡量图书馆综合水平的重要指标。由于电子阅览室超出常规服务,其实行有偿服务。本文介绍了有偿服务机制下,高校图书馆电子阅览室的建设管理策略,提出了适用于大多数高校图书馆电子阅览室建设的切实可行的工作流程和行之有效的管理方法。As college E--reading chambers have become the most important facilities in college library construction, its software and hardware construction as well as the service and management of a library have become Key the criteria for the confirmation of the overall level of a good library. As the E-reading chamber oversteps conventional service, its service is charged. This thesis intends to introduce the strategies on the construction and management of college charged E- reading chamber and illustrate an advisable working procedure and effective managerial methods on the construction of most college library E- reading chamber.
