摘  要:目的对比二维超声、彩色多普勒(CDFI)和彩超造影、谐波造影对兔股动脉吻合口的显示能力并分析各自优缺点。方法10只大白兔行右股动脉离断-吻合术,分别制作成不同狭窄程度的吻合口模型,术后行二维和CDFI检查,然后进行彩超造影和谐波造影并获得时间-强度曲线,最后行数字减影血管造影(DSA)。结果二维超声可观察血管壁及内膜;CDFI能观察管腔内血流情况;彩超造影可将狭窄处的血流紊乱程度放大,易于吻合口定位;谐波造影更易于显示内膜轮廓,其狭窄率与DSA相关性最好。随狭窄程度加重,吻合口处造影剂增强速率减慢。结论超声造影与常规超声相比,能更好地观察细小动脉。Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages in the evaluation of little artery stoma among 2D, color Doppler, contrast - enhanced color Doppler and hamonic contrast - enhanced ultrasonography. Methods Ten rabbits underwent ultrasonogrphy and contrast - enhanced uhrasonography after right femoral disconnect - anastomosis. Time - intensity curve were obtained. They all underwent classic angiography. Results The wall and intima of artery were displayed with 20 ultragrphy. Color Doppler detected flood signal. Contrast - enhanced color Doppler amplified flood turbulence,so, it could be applied to posion the stoma. Hamonic contrast- enhanced ultrasonography displayed the contour well and the stenosis rate measured with it is well related with that obtained with angiography. The enhancement velocity of the contrast media decreased with the severity of stenosis. Conclusion Contrast - enhanced ultrasonography is more helpful and effective than 2D and color Doppler in the evaluation of little artery.
