酸化电位水与酒精消毒听诊器效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精与酸化电位水消毒听诊器效果。方法用无菌生理盐水棉拭子在听诊器表面反复擦拭10次,面积为4.0 cm×4.0 cm,然后放入无菌试管内送细菌培养室,进行细菌培养。对两组的消毒效果进行比较。结论酸化电位水的消毒效果与酒精消毒效果有显著差异(P<0.01),酸化电位水的消毒效果优于酒精。Objective To explore the cleaning method of auricular tube by acid electrical potentia water or alcohol. Methods The surface of tube were besmeared ten times by isotonic Na chlorid,area was 4 cm×4 cm. The auricular tube cleaning putted in asepsis cuvette for bacterial culture. Results To make a compare of two cleanse effect. Conclusion The cleaning effect of auricular tube by acid electrical potentia wate surpassed by alcohol,It have statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）.
