磷钨酸催化合成丁酸丁酯

摘  要:用磷钨酸作催化剂,苯作带水剂,正丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成丁酸丁酯。采用平行实验法对影响反应的因素进行了考察。结果表明最佳反应条件为:n(醇):n(酸)=0.5:0.3,催化剂用量为醇酸总质量的2.37%,反应时间为2.5—3h,酯化率可达到88.06%,回流温度120-12.5℃。The synthesis of n - butyl butyrate with n - butyric acid and n - butanol as reactants and phosphoutungstic acid hydrate as catalyst was studied, the influence factors were investigated through experiments, the results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of n- butanol to n- butyric acid was 0.5:0.3,the amount of catalyst was 2.37 % of the mass of mixture charge in the reaction, and the reaction time was 2.5 - 3h, the esterification yield of n - butyl butyrate was 88.06% ,the reflux temperature was 120- 125℃.
