磷钨酸催化合成丁酸丁酯

摘　　要：用磷钨酸作催化剂，苯作带水剂，正丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成丁酸丁酯。采用平行实验法对影响反应的因素进行了考察。结果表明最佳反应条件为：n（醇）：n（酸）=0．5：0．3，催化剂用量为醇酸总质量的2．37％，反应时间为2．5—3h，酯化率可达到88．06％，回流温度120-12．5℃。The synthesis of n - butyl butyrate with n - butyric acid and n - butanol as reactants and phosphoutungstic acid hydrate as catalyst was studied, the influence factors were investigated through experiments, the results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows：the molar ratio of n- butanol to n- butyric acid was 0.5：0.3,the amount of catalyst was 2.37 % of the mass of mixture charge in the reaction, and the reaction time was 2.5 - 3h, the esterification yield of n - butyl butyrate was 88.06% ,the reflux temperature was 120- 125℃.
