新疆昌吉地区农药器械使用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查昌吉地区普遍存在因农药器械原因导致的农药利用率低、化学防治成本加大的现象。方法对部分县区农药器械使用情况进行抽样调查,主要针对在施药器械和农业生产者之间以及两者自身存在的不协调因素。结果调查了农药器械使用现状,分析了农药器械在实际生产应用中存在的问题。结论建议政府有关部门组织并加强农药器械使用技术指导和培训,规范农药器械的生产和售后服务,以实现安全、经济、简便、有效的持续发展的目的。Objective To investigate the general prevalent phenomenon in the area of Changji, which was the low effectiveness of pesticide use and the increasing chemical contral coats. All of these were caused by the inappropriate use of the pesticide equipments. Methods Using conditions of the pesticide equipment among partial counties were randomly sampled in the investigation. There were uncoordinated factors between the pesticide equipments and the users as well as themselves, which caused many. Results The pesticide equipment current uitility situations were examined and its using problems existed in the course of practical production. Conclusion Some suggestions were provided as following： relevant department of the local government should organize and enhance the technic guidelines as well as traning programs in terms of pesticide equipment use. Meanwhile the production and after-sale services of the pesticide equipment also should be regulated to keep the hazard controlling and became more safe, economical,convenient as well as effective.
