摘　　要：从社会学的角度分析解决"三农"问题的重要性和紧迫性,探讨"三农"问题的现状,并提出解决"三农"问题的新思路,包括树立科学的发展观,促进农民增收,实现城乡发展一体化,建立农村社会保障和医疗、卫生保障体系,乡村人文生态环境保护,加强农村基层民主政治建设等。The importance and urgency of solving ＂problems of Sannong＂ （argiculture, villages and farmers） were analyzed from the point of view of sociology. The current situation of problems of Sannong was discussed. And new ideas are proposed to solve problems of Sannong, which includes： building up scientific concept of development, boosting the increase of farmers＇ income, realizing integrative development of urban and rural areas, establishing rural social security system and medical insurance system, protecting rural human and ecological environment, and strengthening the construction of democracy at rural grass roots, etc.
