摘 要:目的探讨石家庄市部分中老年人群骨密度(BMD)的变化规律及其与年龄、性别、体质指数的相关性。方法采用美国ALARA,INC公司数字化X线骨密度仪,对2006年1月~2007年1月间在我院进行健康体检的142例中老年人群的非惯用手食指、中指、无名指第二指骨BMD进行检测,同时检测身高、体重和体质指数(BMI),并探讨BMD与年龄、性别、体质指数的相关性。结果骨质减少随年龄增长而加重,老年前期及老年期明显。骨质减少与BMI的增高呈负相关。结论老年性骨质减少不仅与年龄、性别有关,并与BMI有关。建议中老年人应采取健康的生活方式,预防和推迟老年性骨质疏松的发生。Objective To analyze the changing rule of bone mass density (BMD) and the relationship between BMD with age, sex and body weight index (BMI). Methods 142 healthy middle-aged and elderly people who came to our hospital for physical examines from Jan.2006 to Jan.2007 were studied. The BMD was measured with digitization X bone density meter(MetriScan). The relationships of BMD with age, sex and BMI(body mass index) were analyzed. Results The BMD reduced rate was positively correlated with the age, remarkably in the pre-elderly and the elderly people( P 〈 0.05) .The BMD reduced rate was negatively correlated with BMI ( P 〈 0.01 ). Condusion The reduction of BMD for the elderly is connecting not only with age and sex,but also with BMI. Middle-aged and elderly people should take healthy life style to prevent and delay the occurrence of osteoporosis.
